Kristy Boshoff
English and Art Teacher
Kristy is an Art and English teacher who obtained her Bachelors in Fine Art from the Michealis school of Fine art in Cape Town, South Africa in 2017 before going on to graduate from Stellenbosch University with a PGCE with a focus on art education in 2018.
She travelled to China in 2019 with a curiosity to explore another culture and learn about multiple perspectives. Almost four years later she has found her home in Shanghai and has almost four years of teaching experience. Kristy is passionate about using art as a creative form of problem solving. She understands the value in guiding students to express themselves in order to create a multifaceted learning environment. Kristy is excited about joining the Dulwich Shanghai Puxi community as an Art and English teacher.
In her spare time Kristy enjoys creating artwork in her studio and travelling around China photographing strangers and practicing her Chinese.
