Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi Celebrates Long-Service Awards
This month, the Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi community held a Long-Service Awards ceremony, recognising those members of staff who have been with the College for 5 years. We were honoured to be joined for this occasion by Founder, Chairman and CEO of Education in Motion and Dulwich College International, Fraser White.
Founded in 2016, Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi have recently celebrated our 5th Anniversary, and the Long-Serve Award ceremony recognised those staff who have been with the College since the founding year. Joining any organisation in the founding year requires significant commitment, dedication and passion for the project, and to have so many founding staff members still with the College is testament to the inclusive and welcoming culture the College has developed over the years, as well as our commitment to supporting staff development.
Included in those receiving Long-Service Awards were several members of the College Leadership Team, including Founding Head of College, David Ingram, Founding Deputy Head of College, Christine Haslett, and Director of Admissions, Wonnie Sayama. Stability of leadership is a key indicator of a successful school, and we are proud to have so many founding members of staff still deeply committed to the College.
