- Meet Our IB Coordinator
Magnus Dreschler joins Dulwich Minhang from Dulwich Pudong full-time in August. Already, he is working very closely together with Headmaster David Ingram and our team of Senior School teachers to lead the college in IB Diploma preparations. In fact, each month, our students are asked to focus on 1 of the 10 IB Learner Profiles (Inquirer, Knowledgeable, Thinker, Communicator, Principled, Open-minded, Caring, Risk-taker, Balanced and Reflective). Throughout the month, students must work hard to demonstrate the Learner Profile in question. They must record examples and at the end of each month share them with their Form Tutor, who also receives feedback from specialist teachers recommending those students who have demonstrated these life skills in their learning. By working towards these IB Learner Profiles, we are preparing students for their IB Diplomas, and much more – helping them recognise the key qualities that can help transform them into future leaders.
