What an amazing Book Week!

Book Week at Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi has been a fully immersive week for all students in the college, from Toddlers right through to the Senior School. We have celebrated all that books give us; imagination, inspiration, emotion, escape and excitement. Students have enjoyed "Rise and Shine Reading” with teachers reading stories aloud whilst students enjoyed light and healthy breakfast snacks. There have been competitions in the library all week and students have read from selected books and answered related questions. “Drop Everything and Read” was very popular and students embraced the opportunity to read at random moments in the school day. Congratulations to Year 3's Merlins class for their innovative classroom make-over. Their classroom perfectly captured the essence of James and The Giant Peach, by Roald Dahl. And finally, congratulations to Reception Classes for their fantastically creative costumes. It was a tough decision to choose the best group costume at today’s assembly. There was definitely a lot of creativity on display and all our teachers loved how enthusiastic our students embraced this challenge. It's been a brilliant week of learning and development at Dulwich Puxi!
