In this session, we aim to impart our expertise and practical insights on the highly relevant topic of "Social and Emotional Wellbeing." Research has shown that children's and young people's emotional wellbeing has a significant impact on their overall development and future success. The past three years, marked by the global pandemic, have posed numerous challenges and taken a toll on the mental health of children and parents alike. Anxiety has been a common concern, affecting the social and emotional wellbeing of many students. This workshop aims to delve into both theoretical and practical approaches that can aid parents in understanding their children's behavior, needs, and warning signs. A key aspect of the workshop is to equip parents with the tools to manage difficult situations related to wellbeing, such as mental breakdowns and withdrawal. We will share our personal experiences and offer concrete methods that parents can use to intervene.
