Hannah Bailey
Year 1 Teacher
Hannah Bailey is a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. She has eight years experience teaching students from Year 2 to Year 5 and has previously taught in schools in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Throughout her eight years teaching experience, Hannah has trained student teachers and has experience leading a school library, instilling a passion for reading and books in all students. Hannah believes that relationships are the foundation of a classroom and is passionate about building positive relationships with children and their families. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students and enjoys creating engaging lessons that will inspire a lifelong love of learning. She holds high expectations for her students, encouraging them to reach their full potential through curiosity, critical thinking, and resilience. Outside of school, Hannah enjoys keeping fit by running or walking, taking pottery classes, reading and travelling to new places. Hannah is delighted to be part of the Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi community.
