Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi: China Schools Awards Finalists

Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi are immensely proud to be named as a finalist for the China Schools Awards 2022 – Diversity and Inclusion Award and Staff Development and Wellbeing Award.

The China Schools Awards are organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in China to recognise and celebrate the achievement and best practice of international-oriented K12 education in China.

The Diversity and Inclusion Award recognises the school that has best endeavoured, through innovation or a raft of protocols, to create a supportive and inclusive environment for the whole school community, enabling all to thrive in their educational journey.

At Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi, we believe that diversity and inclusion start with a strong sense of belonging. Our students and staff flourish as individuals within a caring and connected community. We have worked hard through the years to develop our curriculum as well as our learning and work environments to create an inclusive culture that fosters respect and intercultural understanding. Last year, Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi were the winners of the Diversity and Inclusion award, and we are extremely proud to have been listed as finalists for this award once again.

The Staff Development and Wellbeing Award recognises the school that has made the most outstanding efforts in ensuring the continued professional and personal growth of their staff, and promoting wellbeing and balance in the working lives of its academic, administrative, leadership and function teams.

Staff development and wellbeing at Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi empowers our team to grow both personally and professionally.  Bespoke leadership pathways support our staff from their first steps into leadership all the way through to executive education.  Professional learning opportunities underpin our strong culture of evidence-based innovation, connecting our staff with the world’s leading educational researchers. We are proud of the culture and environment we have created that supports the personal and professional growth of each and every member of the team.
