Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi Wins British Schools Award 2021

Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi are immensely proud and honoured to be named winners of the inaugural British Schools Awards 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Award. 

We believe that diversity and inclusion starts with a strong sense of belonging.  At Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi, students and staff flourish as individuals within a caring and connected community. We have worked hard to developed our curriculum and our learning and work environments to create an inclusive culture that fosters respect and intercultural understanding.

In addition to winning the Diversity and Inclusion Award, Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi were also named as finalists for the Science and Technology Award, and the Staff Development Award.

Staff Development at Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi empowers our team to grow both personally and professionally.  Bespoke leadership pathways support our staff from their first steps into leadership all the way through to executive education.  Professional learning opportunities underpin our strong culture of evidence-based innovation, connecting our staff with the world’s leading educational researchers. Having recently celebrated our 5th anniversary Long Service Award ceremony, with many of our Founding staff members still thriving at the College, we are proud of the culture and environment we have created that supports the personal and professional growth of each and every member of the team.

Science and Technology play an integral role in our approach to wellbeing and how we are developing a curriculum that promotes 21st century skills in the classroom. We are harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence to transform the way we help our students flourish; pioneering partnerships with British tech companies that have enabled us to be proactive not reactive in our approach to student wellbeing and to personalise learning for high impact. With SE21 (Steam and Entrepreneurship for the 21st Century) a core element of the world-class holistic provision on offer at the College, we are proud of the work we are doing to integrate technology into our curriculum.
