Dulwich Puxi: Achieving 2nd Place in China League IB Ranking
We are delighted to announce that Dulwich College Puxi has ranked 2nd overall in the China IB League Table for the year 2023. This significant achievement reflects the outstanding accomplishments of our students, faculty, and parents within the entire Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi community, setting a new standard for academic excellence and demonstrating our commitment to our students.

At Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi, we take pride in nurturing students who not only meet but exceed academic expectations, evident in our outstanding academic track record at the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and IGCSE.
The graduating class of 2023 achieved an impressive average of 37.71 out of 45 points in the IBDP, surpassing the global average of 30.24 points. The inaugural cohort of graduating students set a high benchmark for future success, with 100% of students passing the programme, 57.1% scoring over 40 points, and 40.5% achieving the perfect grade of 7.
Additionally, our commitment to holistic education is also evident in the exceptional IGCSE results for 2023, with 72.2% of grades in the A* to A range, 94.4% in the A* to B range, and a perfect 100% in the A* to C range.
These achievements open doors for students to attend top universities worldwide.
Last week our Alumni Jemima, returned from London for a visit.
“I entered campus over the beautiful bridge, it took me back to when our graduation pictures were taken with the graduating class of 2023, and how far I, and the school, have come. From the initial building blocks of learning how to write a paragraph to writing my Extended Essay for the IBDP, these have all helped me in approaching my first essay on semiotics as part of my Liberal Arts degree. I have truly valued my journey through the Senior School, with everything I have learnt, the experiences I have had, and the relationships I have developed along the way with both students and staff, all which gave me the skills to flourish at university, which I am very grateful for. My time here gave me both roots and wings, and whilst I look forward to using my wings to return to university, I will always have roots here at Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi.”
