Your Doorway to Dulwich: Our Enhanced Electric School Bus Fleet
For the 2022-2023 academic year we have further enhanced our School Bus fleet, now with 19 bus lines covering the vast majority of western Shanghai. Whether you live in the former French Concession, Jing'an, Huacao, Hongqiao or most areas west of the Bund, chances are you may have seen one of our electric school buses as they whoosh past safely to take our students to and from campus.
Our clean, sustainable, electric School Bus fleet is better for the environment than traditional buses, and also much quieter, meaning better wellbeing for our students as they make the journey to College. Their journey is supported by a team of committed school bus monitors who get to know each family and support our students throughout their journey each day. They provide a kind and comforting presence to the students on the bus, especially those of our younger students for whom it may be the first time taking a school bus.
Each year, our School Bus team optimise the service to ensure the most convenient network of bus stops and routes. To help visualise the coverage of our School Bus Service, we've put together some helpful visuals;
Our downtown routes cover some of the most popular residential areas in Shanghai. From the Former French Concession to Xujiahui and Xuhui Binjiang, we’ve got this popular part of town covered.
One of the more popular residential regions situated between the College and downtown areas, the Hongqiao Hub and Gubei area is convenient for both lifestyle and transportation. Our bus routes here are expansive and cover the key compounds.
Huacao and Xujing sit at the west of Shanghai, bordering on the popular tourist and scenic area of Sheshan. This convenient location provides spacious living and a convenient international lifestyle.
The west of Minhang region near the College is home to some of the most spacious and luxurious compounds in the city. A quickly growing region, many of our families enjoy living in the area due to the green surrounds and peaceful lifestyle. With international golf courses, tennis, parks and ample rivers and waterways, these areas provide quick transport to and from the College, and convenient access to greater Shanghai.
