- Sharing With Our Neighbourhood Friends.
It was such a pleasure and a delight to welcome students from neighbouring Maqiao School to the College this week. Together with our students, Maqiao students enjoyed decorating Christmas biscuits together and watching the Year 2 Christmas production. Our students raised money during the Community Market and were able to provide cash vouchers to the Maqiao students to visit the Book Fair currently happening in the library. They each bought a selection of Chinese books from the fair before joining our students for lunch in the College restaurant. This year our students gathered over 300 red gift bags which they presented to the Maqiao students at the end of their visit. The day together was a lovely opportunity to connect with our neighbours and share our Christmas spirit of giving and caring for others.
