For over 400 years, our founding school, Dulwich College in London, has celebrated and supported exceptional young minds through its tradition of Scholarships. Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi is proud to continue this legacy, offering a unique opportunity for gifted and academically talented students to be recognised for their outstanding achievements.

With a rigorous application and selection process, receiving a Dulwich College Scholarship is a rare honour and one that will highlight exceptional talent academically. In addition to receiving up to 50% reduction in tuition fees for two academic years, successful candidates will be formally recognised as Dulwich Scholars, enhancing their academic portfolio when applying for universities.

Students in Years 3 to 11 are invited to apply for the Dulwich College Scholarship. The scholarship is open to both internal and external candidates.

Our holistic selection process is designed to identify students with all-round academic potential and a genuine passion for learning.

Candidates will be assessed across a range of areas, including:

  • Academic Testing: Assessments to evaluate general ability and core subject knowledge.
  • Personal Statement: A written submission for students to present their interests and goals.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will meet with the scholarship committee for a final interview.

Application Process

1) Application

Express your interest by contacting our Admissions Team at [email protected] or +86 21 3329 9310. We will guide you through the initial steps.

The application deadline is Friday, 23 January 2026.

2) Selection Process

Applicants will first complete the standard Admissions assessment for initial screening.

Short-listed candidates will then be invited to a Scholarship Assessment Day in March 2026

3) Decision

Final decisions will be communicated to shortlisted candidates within two weeks of the Assessment Day.

At Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi, we are committed to supporting our community. In addition to our Scholarship programme, we provide educational bursaries to families in need. Decisions are made on an annual basis following a comprehensive assessment of each family's financial circumstances. As the number of bursaries is limited, the level of support is tailored to individual need.

FAQ

The scholarship covers a tuition fee reduction of up to 50%. Other expenses, such as school bus, school lunches, and trips are not included.

The scholarship is open to both eligible new applicants and current students who meet the requirements.

The scholarship is awarded to successful recipients entering Year 4 through to Year 12 for the 2026/27 academic year.We welcome applications from current Year 3 to Year 11 students, both internal and external, who meet our eligibility criteria.
