Besty Xu
Library Assistant
Besty Xu is a library assistant in the Senior School library. Before she joined Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi, she worked at a bank as a cash teller for one year. This experience helped her to develop an attentive working attitude. Later, she joined a famous bilingual school in Shanghai Minhang district, the Shanghai United International School as a librarian at the Learning Resource Centre. During the following five years, she gained sufficient experience in library routines as well as organizing book fairs and book clubs. She loves getting along with the children and has the awareness of cultivating students` reading habits. She figured out that this is the career that suits her and deserves her love. She hopes to contribute to the school with her passion and experience as a library assistant. She graduated from Shanghai Gench College with the CET-4 and now she has obtained her chinese teacher`s certificate. She is a sunny girl with a positive character. In her spare time, she loves reading and collecting the fridge magnets during her travelling around the world. She also loves skating and swimming to keep her fit. She is so proud to be a staff in Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi.
