Emily Harnett
Chemistry and General Science Teacher
Emily Harnett is a fully qualified Science teacher from Kent, England. Emily graduated from the University of Hull with a degree in Biochemistry and then completed her PGCE, specialising in Chemistry at Canterbury Christ Church University. Emily went on to teach in mainstream schools in Kent. She is passionate about her subject and believes in blending effective cognitive strategies with an inspiring curriculum that encourages critical thinking and independence.
Outside of the classroom, Emily is a keen traveller and plays netball for a local Shanghai team. Emily enjoys the opportunity to immerse herself in new cultures and exploring all Shanghai has to offer.
