Francine Hearn
Assistant Head of Senior School, Pastoral Business Studies Teacher
Francine is a fully qualified teacher from the Midlands, England. Francine has been working in international schools in China for over ten years in positions as Head of Department for Business and Economics and Deputy Head of Sixth Form and she joined Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi in August 2019. Francine has secured two Master’s degrees in the fields of Business and Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick and University of Leicester and has a keen research interest in student wellbeing. Francine represented Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi at the IB Global Conference in Singapore 2022, presenting on the concept of wellbeing, engaging in the wellness of schools and implementing a culture of wellbeing.
