Gavin Stanton
Director of Aquatics, Residential Visit Advisor, PE Teacher
Gavin Stanton, originally hailing from the Midlands, UK, has lived in various locations across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. As the Head of Aquatics, Gavin is dedicated to promoting the development of swimming squads in line with his belief in making sports accessible to everyone. Moreover, Gavin has coached individuals and teams to achieve success in regional competitions in the Middle East.
For the past two years, Gavin has led Enrichment within the school, supporting staff and students during their local and international trips. In this role, he has worked diligently to expand the range and depth of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) available to students, as well as enhancing the Saturday program.
Outside of the classroom, Gavin is passionate about staying active and maintaining his fitness. He enjoys a variety of sports, including cycling, running, skiing, and kite surfing.
