Natasha began her teaching career carrying out an undergraduate degree in Special Needs and Inclusion Studies at the University of Wolverhampton. She then went on to get her PGCE in Primary Education with Special Educational Needs through the University of Cumbria. In the UK, Natasha taught at a leading school for children with special needs. In her 5 years at the school, she taught in the primary, secondary and further education departments. She developed extensive curriculum planning as a curriculum lead. She also spent time demonstrating to colleagues how to be creative in teaching practice to engage learners as well as developing outstanding safeguarding practices.

Natasha's philosophy is that all children have the right to the best possible education they can achieve. She believes in promoting independence and ensuring children have high expectations of themselves in their learning. She has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and is interested in how we can promote these values with the community. Natasha first joined the Dulwich community in 2020 as the Additional Educational Needs Teacher, but has since held roles of "Well Families and Student Services Coordinator" and currently "Director of Students and CPO". Natasha continues to be thrilled to work at Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi, amongst pioneers in the education field. Natasha highly enjoys her current role, as it means she gets to work with children, staff and parents throughout the week.

Outside of the classroom, Natasha enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 year old little boy. They enjoying eating out, cooking and enjoy watching sports such as Formula 1 and football. Natasha, and her family, enjoy immersing themselves in the culture Shanghai has to offer.
